Beaver Creek does not offer meal services for the retreat center. Most groups cook for themselves.
The Berkstresser Lodge has a fully equiped kitchen with a large electric stove, two refridgerators and a dishwasher.

 Rustic Lodge features a commercial kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for up to 120 guests.
 
The Retreat Center at Beaver Creek Experience provides cookware and tableware for up to 120 guests.

There are also several catering services that will provided meals at Beaver Creek.

The Sunflour Cafe in Monte Vista, CO has served many groups at Beaver Creek Experience and has several options to choose from.

For budgetary and environmental reasons, Beaver Creek does not have a dumpster, and so disposable tableware is discouraged. If a group does use disposable tableware (paper plates, plastic silverware, etc.) a $75.00 fee will be charged to cover land-use fees, transportation, labor, etc. Paper napkins are OK.
